Who can participate in Access Canada?
The program is open to all hotels in Canada.

How much does it cost?
The annual fee per property is $350.00 CDN (+GST)
Companies registering ten (10) or more properties qualify for a discounted rate of $300 (+GST) per property annually.

What are the payment options?
Payment can be made either online by credit card or by cheque.  Both options require online registration.

What are the criteria for qualifying for Access Canada certification?
To be certified as an Access Canada property, hotels need to meet both staff (Sensitivity Training) and property assessment (Standards).
